Qld Government announces changes to Pastoral Holding renewal process.

This applies to rolling term leases, which is a lease that can be renewed on a rolling basis for the same period as the original term of the lease (subject to satisfying certain requirements. Part of the process requires that a survey plan which meets certain minimum requirements must included as part of the application.

Those requirements are documented in Fact Sheets available on the DNRM website and include

Each parcel to have a unique identifier
Dimensions shown
An area for each parcel shown
Secondary Interests such as easements shown
